SHIPPING & HANDLING

We normally ship all packages via UPS.  All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may take 1 to 2 business days at which time the order will be shipped via UPS.

As soon as the order is shipped an email is sent to you with the ship date, tracking number and direct link to rapidly track your shipment. All items offered for sale on this website should be available for shipping. However, if an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by phone or email.

Delivery Time is between 3 – 7 business days.

• USPS First Class Mail - Delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days
• UPS 3 Day - Delivery in 3 to 4 Business Days
• UPS 2 Day - Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days
• UPS Overnight - Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days

ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. If you are unable to sign for a shipment and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Insured Express Mail is quick, reasonably priced and guaranteed delivery to your door.

If you do not accept the ensuing conditions, please do not ship via Insured Express Mail.

• UPS is our main carrier, in the event of UPS not being available for the shipping then a variety of carriers may be used.
• Insured Express Mail is offered on all purchases up to and including a weight of 0.5kg. For parcels over this weight please email us for our special rates.
• Shipping will only occur after confirmation of payment received by our online merchants.
• Avaniee Jewels.com will only reimburse amounts paid to insure the value of their goods during checkout in the event of lost items. No shipment fees or other shipping expenses are reimbursed to the customer by Avaniee Jewels.com or its carriers.
• Rates may be changed at any time.
• Once a parcel is signed for at point of destination, Avaniee Jewels.com and its carriers are not held responsible thereafter.
• Packages signed by any representative at given address provided by the customer is considered delivered and Avaniee Jewels.com and its carrier are no longer liable thereafter.
• Avaniee Jewels.com and its carriers are not held responsible for late deliveries due to custom delays or any other act of God.
• Claims for lost, late or damaged goods must be sent via email to our office within 10-days (10) after receiving goods. After that timeframe no claims can be admitted into.
• Insured Express Mail cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or FPO/ APO address. If a PO BOX is supplied Avaniee Jewels.com reserves the right to ship via a carrier of their choice.

Should you decide that you do not want the goods after they are shipped but before they arrive. Please DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY. If goods are refused at point of destination you, the customer, will be liable for all shipping and insurance charges upon its return.

Insured Express Shipping Rates (UPS, DHL,EMS) Rates include insurance up to and including value of purchased goods.
